BERLIN, March 13 (Reuters) - Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macron are set to meet in Berlin on Friday for hastily arranged talks on aid for Ukraine. The talks, announced by Tusk and confirmed by a German government source, will be the first top-level meeting of the "Weimar Triangle" - a platform of political cooperation between Germany, France and Poland created in 1991 - since he returned as Polish prime minister late last year.
The French president Macron has recently pushed for an engagement of foreign troops in Ukraine. The idea was immediately rejected by every country that would be able to send a reasonable number and the meeting may have been to convey the rejection of the French proposal which would most certainly start a direct confrontation of NATO with Russia.
The situation in Ukraine looks exceedingly which might in part explain Macron's recent declarations around sending troops to Ukraine. The question is why Macron suddenly came out with his proposal. Presented here is (a) Macron’s[1] solar return chart and (b) its progression to March 15, the date of the meeting in Berlin.
Notice that the powerful Pluto-Zeus-Node T-straddling the meridian in the return chart is activated on March 15 by the progressed meridian. Conjunct Pluto[29cp] is the asteroid Icarus [26cp].

Watch for how "threats to control" can instill reactions of alarm--as though being "not in control" would result in an absolute conflagration. Also notice that people can feel "like a simmering pot--ready to burst into a full rolling boil"- You may also come to understand that people who are filled with unhealthy needs and unresolved emotions can easily be triggered (and set off like a damned rocket)--they're overly sensitized to "who's in charge" and what will happen if someone else mounts the throne and gets to dictate how things go--so they're like a huge boulder perched precariously on the edge of a cliff...it doesn't take much to upset that balance and push them over the edge.
Military actions, will have the power to create irrevocable change. And "a state of alarm" will feed primitive responses.
Icarus/Pluto
While people can feel driven to take risks--even if they don't understand why--(the "risk" itself may give them even a momentary sense of immortality or control)--I think you will see that haste and "risk-taking" (Icarus) can have radical consequences (Pluto). Sometimes people are just trying to escape--and they may not even know from what...and then they discover that "something has changed forever"--and that some "thrills" make ALL the difference (so that they can't go back to their old ways.) Be aware that people will try to "run away" from another's CONTROL, just as sometimes people make radical decisions very rapidly...they change their whole lives faster than you'd think a human being could.
Comment: Macron is alarmed at the possibility of a total Russian victory and his risky (Icarus) proposal of involving NATO in the war is an outcome of this alarm.
