Two of Swords
The challenge of witnessing a historic event in real time isn’t to notice it. That’s the easy part. What’s hard is to understand its meaning for the future, which is what historic events are really all about. Recent news from the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague have confirmed that rule. Its prosecutor, Karim Khan, has applied for arrest warrants that will make history one way or the other. Presented here is (a) the chart for the March 28, 2024 lunar eclipse in Libra at the Hague (b) its progression to May 22, 2024 when it aligns with the meridian and is thereby activated
Eclipses demarcate periods of accelerated change, even more so than normal when in the cardinal signs of Libra and Aries...Since this is the second in a sequence of eclipses in Libra, you will likely notice important transitions, endings, or new storylines connected with narratives that began developing after the Libra Solar Eclipse in October 2023 ... This eclipse belongs to a particular eclipse family that is primed for shattering the status quo in ways that will amplify the disruptive, shocking, and revolutionary influence of Jupiter and Uranus.(Notice that Jupiter-Uranus conjunction is significantly placed on the Ascendant at the Hague in hard aspect to the eclipse).
Austin Coppock in 36 Faces ascribes the image of “A Blind Fold and a Sword” to the first face of Libra, describing it as a place which awakens awareness to injustice and disequilibrium within both societal and personal levels of interaction.
Coppock emphasized the essence of this decan being about relationship and “the balance between two entities” in all forms within the social order, stating it “shines a light on these dynamics, bringing what is troublesome to the light of conscious recognition.”
Coppock declared that the first decan of Libra not only illuminates dynamics of “fairness and reciprocity” based upon “core principles of ethical interaction with other beings,” but also can incite assertive attempts to address injustice or imbalances.
