A tsunami warning has been issued for the coastal areas of Russia’s Far East, with hazardous waves also possible in Japan, Alaska and Hawaii, after a powerful earthquake struck off the coast of the Kamchatka Peninsula. The quake, initially measured at magnitude 7.5, was registered around 11:30am local time on Wednesday.

Let us begin with the chart for the time and the co-ordinates of the quake. And sure enough it is very powerful with Jupiter square Saturn-Neptune on the angles. Saturn-Neptune on the descendant [1-2 Aries] are conjunct the star Deneb Kaitos - the thrashing tail of the sea monster Cetus. Diana Rosenberg links this area with “tsunamis” .
Next take a look at the current New Moon chart at the co-ordinates of the quake. Once again we see the powerful New Moon opposite Pluto making a T-square to the MC. Among other things Pluto is:
“ the dark, mysterious, taboo, and often terrifying reality that lurks beneath the surface of things, beneath the ego, societal conventions, and the veneer of civilization, beneath the surface of the Earth, that is periodically unleashed with destructive and transformative force. Pluto impels, burns, consumes, transfigures, resurrects” Tarnas
And finally in a previous post I mentioned that Mars is currently moving over the March 14 lunar eclipse thereby activating. This is especially true in places where the eclipse was on the angles as it here at the co-ordinates of the quake.

Notice that the chart for the quake has Moon on the Ascendant completing a KITE formation with Saturn-Neptune-Uranus-Pluto. From about August 7 - 10, Mars will be at 1-2 Libra.
On August 7, Mars enters Libra. and forms the bottom corner of a prominent kite figure with Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto: The trine to Uranus in Gemini becomes exact on the 8th, the opposition to Saturn and Neptune in Aries on the 9th, and the trine to Pluto. in Aquarius on August 10.
The quality of time during these days offers many excellent opportunities, but you must seize them actively and consciously. The harmonious connection between Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto indicates that completely new possibilities exist in the collective field. Mars, Pluto, and Uranus form a grand trine in the air signs. There is hardly a better time to start manifesting new visions and ideas.
