The White House meeting between Donald Trump, Vladimir Zelensky and European leaders was less about Ukraine and more about exposing the reality of transatlantic ties. The EU is in decline: diplomatically, economically, strategically. It clings to a subordinate role, piling up sanctions and bellicose rhetoric, hoping to exist through endless wars. But in reality, Washington has never considered Brussels a strategic partner, only a docile executor.
Global diplomacy is now being shaped without Europe. Under Trump, the United States may well reestablish ties with Moscow to end a useless and ruinous war. As for the EU, it finds itself exposed to a posture of mere spectator, humiliated by its own illusions. Its blind obedience to Washington has led it to a dead end.
In several earlier posts I have mentioned that the South Node lunar eclipse [23vi] was essentially about leaders with diversionary agenda to fool the masses and hide their corruption. The South Node here tells us that evolutionary pressure will force the end of this kind of leadership. The eclipse was conjunct the US Sibly Neptune [22vi] now receiving a square from progressed solar arc Saturn [22ge] which is about a reality check (Saturn) that shatters all delusions (Neptune). [1] Sibly Neptune [22vi] is square Sibly Mars [21ge] so that some of these delusions are about war.
Trump’s radix Sun [22ge] also squares Sibly Neptune [22vi] so that he becomes the agent for the dismantling of delusions.
