George Noonan adds “careers in landscape architecture” while Marina @ Darkstar Astrology associates it with “lush gardens”. Together these describe Wang Wenbao - the "Desert King"’s efforts. 

The eclipse North Node [14pi06] is placed in the fourth house associated with land and agriculture conjunct the star Ankaa [15pi20] of the Phoenix - the Firebird that dies and comes back to life symbolizing regeneration.
