EU’s humiliation in Geneva

Generally, eclipse lunar cycles mark a time of shifting into a new octave in the lunar spiral of growth. They offer a time to resynchronize ourselves with the ever-changing cosmic currents supporting our evolutionary progression in consciousness.

While eclipses are worldwide in their scope, they are especially significant for places where they they fall on the angles. The total lunar eclipse of September 7, 2025 is being felt strongly at Brussels, where EU is headquartered. because of a perfect alignment with the horizon. But why now? Well currently Mars [15-18sag] is forming a T-square with the eclipse axis.

The eclipse is conjunct Achernar, alpha Eridani, the bright star that marks the end of Eridanus, the River flowing into the Universal Sea. Here it combines its influence with Ankaa, the alpha star of Phoenix, the bird which regenerates itself. This is, therefore, an area of endings and new beginnings.

In The Astrology of the Fixed Stars (Vol. 2, p. 733), Rosenberg explicitly connects stars in the Eridanus region, including Achernar, to "peace treaties" and related events. She describes these configurations as involving polarities of violence or reform, where the riverine symbolism evokes passages from conflict to resolution—such as ethical crusades, healing after personal trials, and collective actions for justice, human rights, and peacekeeping.

Examples she cites include historical signings of peace accords alongside themes of transformation and renewal, emphasizing Eridanus's role in evolving from chaos (e.g., "rivers of tears" or historical upheavals) toward balanced, harmonious outcomes. This aligns with the eclipse's Piscean energy of dissolution and spiritual release, potentially amplifying attempts at reconciliation.

The South Node (True Node) during the September 7, 2025 lunar eclipse was at approximately 18°19' Virgo, with the Sun at 15°22' Virgo.

The degree range (15°–18° Virgo) is therefore extremely tight to the eclipse axis and the Sun/South Node conjunction. Here are the main fixed stars in that 15°–18° Virgo zone and how astrologers (traditional and modern) interpret them in relation to war, conflict, or aggression:Fixed Star

Traditional & Modern Interpretations Related to War/Conflict

Denebola (β Leonis) [21vi] • Brady: “Going against the mainstream” – often manifests as rebellious or dissenting voices that trigger conflict

→ Historically appears in charts of declarations of war, assassinations, and leaders who “fall through opposition” (e.g., 9/11 chart, outbreak of several 20th-century wars). Merga (38 Virginis) 17°55' Virgo~1°15'–1°35': Traditional Mars–Mercury nature. Minor star, but adds sharpness of speech and potential for verbal aggression or ideological clashes.

Summary of Astrological Consensus on 15°–18° Virgo (Sun/South Node 2025 eclipse)Dominant star: Denebola — Overwhelming majority of astrologers (Robson, Ebertin, Rigor, Brady, Partridge, modern mundane astrologers) associate Denebola with:Criticism that escalates into serious conflict. Leaders or nations that suffer disgrace or defeat because of dissent or rebellion

Diana Rosenberg (Secrets of the Ancient Skies, Vol. 2, p. 597–600) also lists Denebola with numerous war-related events (declarations of war, battles, assassinations, terrorist attacks) and explicitly warns of “warlike situations” and “enemies made through speech.” North Node + Moon + Achernar (Pisces) → the karmic direction toward healing, and possible eventual peace treaties (Rosenberg’s emphasis)

So the eclipse axis itself symbolically contained both the seed of war/conflict (Denebola side) and the seed of eventual resolution/peace (Achernar/Eridanus side) — a very common pattern in eclipse charts that precede major geopolitical crises followed later by diplomatic breakthroughs.

Astrological Analysis of the September 7, 2025 Lunar Eclipse Chart (Geocentric, Brussels). An eclipse on the angles like this often signals a "turning point" in how a nation or bloc (here, the EU) is perceived internationally, with themes of revelation, crisis, or forced realignment. The Virgo-Pisces polarity underscores analytical critique (Virgo) versus idealistic dissolution (Pisces), amplified by the fixed stars we discussed previously. Transiting Mars (at 15°–16° Sagittarius as of late November 2025) squaring the eclipse axis is focussing attention once again on the eclipse. Mars, the planet of action, assertion, and conflict, entered Sagittarius around November 4, 2025, and reaches exact square to the eclipse degrees (15° mutable) by approximately November 24–25, 2025 (peaking near 15° Sag on the 24th). This activation injects fiery, ideological energy into the eclipse's karmic tension:Square to Virgo side (Sun/South Node/Denebola): Provokes criticism, dissent, or aggressive pushback against "old patterns" (South Node), potentially manifesting as stubborn resistance to compromise. Denebola's Mars-Saturn influence here could escalate verbal or diplomatic "battles," fueling a desire to prolong conflict rather than release it.

Square to Pisces side (Moon/North Node/Achernar): Challenges the path toward compassion or resolution, creating friction in peace-oriented efforts—e.g., emotional floods of objection or idealistic overreach that backfires.

In the context of the linked RT article (dated November 24, 2025), this Mars transit aligns strikingly with reports of the EU's "humiliation" in Geneva during emergency consultations over a US-led (Trump administration) 28-point peace plan for Ukraine.

Our analysis here should serve as a textbook example of how eclipse activations unfold in real-time geopolitics.
