Indian court clears former Delhi chief minister

A court in India has closed a corruption case against former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal almost two years after he was arrested and held in jailed for months. The Aam Admi Party (AAP) leader was arrested in March 2024, weeks before India's general election, in connection with a liquor policy which authorities alleged gave undue advantages to private retailers. On Friday, the court cleared Kejriwal and 23 others, saying there was "no overarching conspiracy or criminal intent in the excise policy".

Arvind Kejriwa’s horoscope [16 August 1968; 23:46 IST; Hisar; 29n10; 75e43] indicates that the Feb 17, 2026 eclipse [28aq] took place in his 10th house. A solar eclipse in the 10th house signals a major, fated turning point in reputation, and public life, often bringing unexpected beginnings. A shift occurs in how you are perceived by the public. The eclipse [28aq] was square the Ascendant [28ta] and transit Uranus[28ta]

The recent court verdict on February 27, 2026 (a Friday), in which a Delhi special court discharged Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, K Kavitha, and 21 others in the CBI's Delhi excise policy corruption case, aligns strikingly with several astrological indicators in Kejriwal's natal chart and the provided diurnal chart .Kejriwal's horoscope shows a Taurus Ascendant around 28° Taurus, with the Sun in Leo (24le). The natal chart features a notable T-square involving the Sun ( 4th house) Neptune (in Scorpio, 7th house of open enemies/partnerships), and the Ascendant. This configuration often points to themes of idealism clashing with deception, illusion, or victimization—Sun-Neptune aspects frequently appear in charts of those who face public scandals, being "poisoned" by schemes or misinformation (Neptune in Scorpio evoking hidden motives, addictions, or reform efforts gone awry, like liquor policy changes "bitten by the serpent" of vested interests). The 7th house Neptune ties directly to adversaries, and Scorpio's transformative/underground nature fits the liquor mafia or policy reform backlash narrative. The February 17, 2026, solar eclipse at approximately 28° Aquarius fell in his 10th house (career, public reputation, authority). Solar eclipses in the 10th house classically signal fated turning points in public life, reputation shifts, endings that lead to new beginnings, or dramatic changes in status—often unexpected and karmic. This eclipse degree (28° Aquarius) was square to his natal Ascendant (28° Taurus) and closely conjunct/transiting Uranus (around 27°-28° Taurus in transit at the time). Uranus (sudden reversals, liberation, shocks) in Taurus (stability, material/security issues) squaring the eclipse amplifies unpredictability: abrupt policy/judicial shifts, freedom from restrictions, or chaotic upheavals in public image. Aquarius energy emphasizes progressive ideals, collective reform, and anti-establishment themes—mirroring Kejriwal's anti-corruption, visionary push on liquor policy clashing with "entrenched fears/greed" (Taurus square dynamics).

The diurnal chart for February 27, 2026 (the judgment date), reinforces this. Transiting Mars at 27°46' Aquarius was activating the exact eclipse degree (28°-29° Aquarius) near the IC (foundations, endings, private resolution), while squaring Uranus (around 27°42'—likely in transit Taurus). Mars-Uranus combinations bring explosive releases, breakthroughs, or liberation—here supporting "progressive ideals/freedom" (Aquarius/Uranus) via a decisive court ruling that overturned prior constraints. This transit on the IC suggests a foundational shift, closing a chapter of crisis. The court's rebuke of the CBI—dismissing the case for lack of evidence, no criminal intent/ conspiracy, reliance on questionable approver statements, and criticizing the probe—echoes the eclipse's revelatory nature (exposing hidden truths) and Uranus's disruptive justice. Neptune's natal role (deception/victimization via liquor/enemies) finds resolution here, with the eclipse clearing reputational fog. Overall, this sequence—from arrest/jailing (earlier transits likely activating the T-square) to eclipse-triggered turning point, culminating in discharge—illustrates a classic astrological arc of challenge, fated intervention, and liberation. The verdict marks a major positive shift in Kejriwal's public life and perception, as the 10th-house eclipse promised.
