On 2 November 2026 an X account shared the raw courtroom footage of Michael Morton’s emotional collapse the day justice finally arrived. After nearly twenty-five years in prison for a murder he did not commit, the moment of formal clearing still carries a charge that reaches far beyond one man’s story.
The chart for the official exoneration — 19 December 2011, 12:52 CST, Georgetown, Texas — speaks with unusual clarity. Uranus sits on the Ascendant in the earliest degrees of Aries, squared by Pluto on the Midheaven. In Ebertin’s language this is the classic signature of the sudden collapse of an older system. The old investigative and prosecutorial structure that had held for a quarter-century gave way under the pressure of DNA evidence. Uranus on the rising angle delivered the sudden release; Pluto on the MC exposed the hidden abuse of power that had made the long confinement possible.
The Sun at approximately 27° Sagittarius stands almost exactly on the Galactic Center and in the same region as Etamin, Gamma Draconis, one of the watchful eyes of the Dragon. Nick Fiorenza describes Etamin as the overseeing eye that looks upon the high altar where the Galactic Center resides — a portal that opens only for those who have completed the Scorpio-style initiations of death, betrayal, and rebirth, and who remain pure of heart. Morton’s story fits the image with uncomfortable precision: an innocent man who endured the underworld of wrongful conviction and emerged still intact.
A second chart, cast for the X post [1] that recirculated the footage, echoes the same themes. Uranus, the planet of sudden liberation, stands in relation to Admetus, the principle of prolonged restriction. Their trine to Pluto in the ninth house (law courts, higher truth, the media of justice) reactivates the original signature of systemic collapse and sudden freedom. Mars and Jupiter on the IC speak of clearing the air after a long conflict, while the hard aspect between Jupiter and Saturn quietly records the patience and perseverance required to reach that clearing.
Together the two charts form a coherent picture. The 2011 event chart carries the archetypal weight of Uranus–Pluto disruption plus the Galactic Center / Etamin overlay of hard-won purity. The later X-post chart simply rebroadcasts that same story into the public square: sudden release after long confinement, the collapse of an unjust ruling, and the quiet insistence that innocence, once proven, still matters.
In a time when trust in institutions is fragile, these charts offer a precise symbolic reminder. Sometimes the system does break. Sometimes the eye of the Dragon opens. And sometimes a man who spent twenty-five years behind bars is allowed, at last, to walk free.
