In a previous post Saturn opposes the US Sibly Sun [1], I wrote:

Saturn transits are a “reality check”. Often we can go no further without admitting the truth. Radix Saturn in the 10th is also referring to leaders in government. For more than two years U.S. politicians, the media and some bloggers hyped a conspiracy theory. They claimed that Russia had somehow colluded with the Trump campaign to get him elected. Huge investigations were launched. Finally the conspiracy theory has run out of steam. Russiagate is finished.
Having examined the Sibly let us now turn our attention to the January 21, Total Lunar Eclipse chart at Washington DC. Notice that the eclipse luminaries are aligned very significantly with the meridian. The South Node on the cusp of the 4th house (IC) is conjunct Pluto while Uranus on the Descendant completes the apex of a T-square. The Uranus-Pluto square is about the emergence (Uranus) of that which was hidden and exploited for control (Pluto).
In mundane astrology, the 4th house (IC) rules
the opposition while the 10th house rules the government. Here the
IC is amid stars of Altair, the Eagle, Algedi, Alpha Capricorn and Vulpecula,
the Fox.
Altair is of assertive
authoritarian leadership and has been associated with politicians. While Algedi is of covert operations, manipulative maneuvers,
and all that is secret or hidden behind the scenes. The Fox is indicative of
the sexy, sly, cunning, covert maneuvers used to get the goose, and, as is most
often the case, disguised to be something other than what it truly is. Vulpecula
has an "insidiously cunning and voraciously violent" characteristic.

Mars is currently transiting over Uranus and square the eclipse axis thereby triggering it. This is the reason why the truth is out!
