Methane gas from 90 flatulent cows exploded in a German farm shed on Monday, damaging the roof and injuring one of the animals, police said. High levels of the gas had built up in the structure in the central German town of Rasdorf , then "a static electric charge caused the gas to explode with flashes of flames," the force said in a statement. Guy Lapointe at a Saturday news conference lowered the number of missing from about 30 to 24 based on more detailed information. All of the missing are presumed dead after a massive blaze swept through the three-story building in L’Isle-Verte northeast of Quebec City early Thursday. Sunanda Pushkar (January 1, 1962 – January 17, 2014) was a businessperson and spouse of the Indian Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development Shashi Tharoor ( born 9 March 1956) .
